Hi, I’m Jane and my company is Kinkou Leadership Coaching. I teach mindfulness and leadership skills, and I'm a coach. I aim to help people become more self aware and skilled at managing their reactions for a healthier, happier life.
Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment experience. When this is done in an open and non-judgmental way it creates physical and psychological benefits.
This blog will include what the research tells us about mindfulness . We'll have fun exploring different techniques which may help in your own practice. I'll be sharing what I’m learning on my journey and what my mindfulness students are finding interesting along the way.
